ACF-UK is currently recruiting an experienced consultant for the external evaluation of the ‘Coordinated Humanitarian Assistance to the Population Most Affected By Tropical Storm Washi in the Philippines.’ This is a consortium response consisting of ACF, Care, Plan and Save the Children.

The start date of the evaluation is intended for the 15^th November and it will last for approximately 24 days.

The evaluation will be conducted in English and the report written in English.

Your application should consist of the following:

• 1-page expression of interest (highlighting your relevant experience, your daily rate in GBP and stating where you would be travelling from).
• An up-to-date CV

Shortlisted consultants will be requested to submit the following:

• A Cover Letter;
• A technical/methodological proposal;
• An evaluation work plan;
• An example of a past evaluation report;
• Contact details for 2 references per team member.

All reasonable expenses will be covered and accommodation and travel will be provided by ACF for the duration of the stay in country.
